Dear Madam,
May I respectfully request that my office hours’ schedule be adjusted from 8:00am-
5:00pm to 7:00am to 4:00pm to accommodate my transportation mobility due to difficulty of
commuting from home to office brought by limited available transportation services in view of
the implementation of General Community Quarantine. At present, I adapt the 3-day work
week schedule onsite on Mondays to Thursdays, and Work From Home (WFH) arrangement
on Thursdays and Fridays, which I opt to continue in the next coming days, however
possible.
