months from the date of comissioning or 18 months from the date of despatch whichever is earlier.

If material is found defective under normal operating conditions during this period it will be replaced or
repaired free of charge if returned to us.

Our liability against above guarantee is restricted to replacement of repairing to the equipment and
does not cover any consequential damages due to unlikely event of equipment being defective
during the period stated above.
