 Project 1: Credit Limit Optimization for Credit Cards using Markov Decision Process
(Reinforcement Machine Learning) to arrive at the optimal policy so as to manage the credit limit
to maximize the overall profit.
 Project 2: Built Multi-Bureau strategy based on Bureau Analytics and key Credit Bureau
engagements for driving the end to end project for different retail products.
 Worked directly with Policy and product team to analyse the impact of Multi-Bureau and replace
the existing bureau scores with the same.
 Project 3: Credit Card Overlimit using Cards Analytics to suggest the appropriate measures basis
the ongoing trend of over limit on cards and transactions declined to avoid the transactions decline
along with the overall risk mitigation.
 Project 4: Increased the portfolio size of PLCC (Personal Loan to Credit Card customers) by 28%
basis analysis of the current behaviour of customer on credit card, observe debit score, demographic
details, bureau details, internal debit score (if available) and other factors to increase the PL to CC
customer base and roll out Personal loan to eligible base.
 Project 5: Portfolio analytics for the retail product: SLI (Sustainable Livelihood initiatives) to decide
the important parameters which can be derived from the portfolio and help in analysis of ongoing
trend at portfolio level starting from the disbursal to collections.
 Project 6: Image Analytics to develop a capability to read the scanned images/ Original PDF
statements and obtain the score out of it. It would help bank to cut the cost involved in data entry,
reduce error rate by eliminating human intervention along with the insights to underwriters in the
form of scores.
 Project 7: Worked on integrated credit scoring of a customer using chaid (classification) so as to
simplify the individual credit scores cut offs and use the holistic approach for all credit card post
issuance activities. This helped in increasing the overall customer base with the reduction in overall
risk.
 Project 8: Used segmentation to find out the potential good revolvers in credit card and rolled out a
campaign for such customers so as to increase the overall profit within the predefined risk.
