5s standards
for construction
entrances. A Flintco
jobsite entrance has
a distinctive look. Water filled barriers, black wind
screen, and rolling entrance gates are now a
standard. At ACC Highland Phase II the team took
5S a step further by building a guard shack with a
full-time person to monitor traffic and deliveries.
Flintco’s safety signage boards were placed next
to the gate to remind everyone entering about our
commitment to a thriving safety culture.

We also stepped up our game on all projects by clearly communicating Vicki Brochtrup, Duane Jander
through site utilization boards and delivery schedules where and when Stephanie Tovar, Blake Twomey
