iLearning Examination Guidance(For Candidate)

Precautions

1. Examination environment requirements:Prepare a separate room, no other personnel

enter and exit the room during the exam.
2. Camera monitoring and desktop monitoring: A computer with a camera is required for
the exam. The camera is used to take pictures during the exam. Use AI recognition
technology to monitor candidates' exam behaviors and exam computer desktops. If any
cheating occurs, the exam results will be canceled.
3. Browser requirements: Please use Google 58.0+ browsers during the exam. Other
browsers (such as Edge, Firefox, etc.) will be incompatible.
4. System requirements: Windows 7+
5. Network requirements: The recommended network speed is faster than 256 KB/s.
7. Screen switching: The maximum screen switching number is 3. Any instant message,
office, email, translate, screen capture, game, etc. software are not allowed to be opened,
and please shut down all the unnecessary software, especially the software that may cause
window pop-up.
8. Test requirements: Please take the test exam at least 1 day before the exam. If any
problems, please feedback to examiner.

Note: During the forma exam, the screen is cut unexpectedly due to the Internet, browser or
software, the exam will not be reopen for free.

9. Other matters:
1) The network quality will affect the system's judgment of screen switching. Please chose a
computer with stable network status to take the exam.
2) If there is a problem with your computer, including network, hardware, etc. will count
asscreen switching for one time, it is recommended to replace the computer immediately,
and reopen, login to continue answering.
3) The time interval for the same candidate to retake the exam is at least 7 days .

Part A-Preparation
Step 1. Create a Huawei account on Huawei website.

If you already have your Huawei account, please ignore it and go to Step 2.

Step 2. Schedule your exam online.
Login to My Appointment page Click here. (Note: Please only use Huawei account to login.)
Then see at below page:
1. Read the instruction on header for Career certification exam carefully and click Edit

2. Fill-in your information, and select your role, then read Privacy Policy carefully and click save.
Note: 1) Full Name: This name will appear on your certificate. If the full name cannot be displayed, please try to
re-enter your last name and first name.
2) E-mail: Please fill in the email address of the registered account, and this email address will receive your
registration notification emails and certificates.
3) My role: Please select your role. Otherwise, you will not be able to register for the exam.

If you are ICT Academy Student, please full your ICT Academy Student Information.

3. Go back to Appointment Details page, input Authorization Code and click Search, then select Language and
Session.

4. Check the exam information carefully, then click submit.

5. If needed, please input VUE Voucher before submit

6. Check the information again, read the Huawei's Privacy Policy and submit.
7. After submitting, you can check your Appointment information on My Appointment page.
Part B-Start the exam
Step 1. Open and log in to the exam link provided by the examiner.

Step 2. Check “Start Exam”, please choose “English” as your exam language.
If you cannot find any exam information, or exam information is incorrect, please check with examiner.

Step 3. Please confirm your personal information.

Step 4. Verification
a) Verify camera. If you do not agree to use the camera, the exam will be judged as cheating and the score will be
canceled.

b) Read the privacy agreement carefully and confirm.

Step 5. Photographing
After taking the photo, please click next to enter the exam .

Step 6. After the exam is completed, click "Submit" in the upper right corner.
Step 7. Check the Answer Card, and click “Confirm”.

Step 8. Check your exam result.

Part C-End the exam

If you pass the exam, you will receive an email from certification@huawei.com in 3 days after the exam. If you
don’t receive this notification or have any question about your exam, please contact with us by email:
certification@huawei.com.

Part D-Download certificate

If you pass the exam and qualified to get the certificate, please download your certificate from the link below:
