Project Organisation Type Selection : Project Oriented Organisation

Reasons as to why I chose this type of Project organisation are:

• DroneTech is a small firm, this project seems to be of large scale as compared to what
it does.

• The Project is a collaboration between Wilmont and DroneTech, thus it is a better to

have a separate Project team that directly reports to the CEO. Reporting in this case
will be much easier.

• Wilmont has set aside US$1,750,000 for this Project, which will only be used for this
Project. Thus it is also cost driven.

• The Project is schedule driven; not to be completed later than November.
