MONITORING AND EVALUATION ON LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

RELATIVE TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BASIC EDUCATION LEARNING
CoNTTNUTTY PLAN (BE-LCP)

1. In consonance with DepEd Order No. O12, s.2O2O Re: Adaption of the Basic
Education Learning Continuity Plan for School Year 2O2O-2O27 In Light of the
COVID-l9 Public Health Emergency, DepEd Regional Office through Human
Human Resource Development Division shall conduct Monitoring and Eva-luation
on L & D Activities Relative to tJ:e Implementation of BE-LCP.

2. This is to ensure that the Department's goal of continuous upskilling and

reskilling of teaching, teaching-related and non-teaching personnel from regional
level to school level are aligned to specilic local needs, priorities, and emerging
developments of personnel professional development in times of pandemic.

3. The collection of data shall be done through google sheet with the link
hlpsJ/tinyr rrl.com / MEonLCP which will be accomplished only by HRD personnel.
4. This data gathering tool shall be updated as soon as there will be a conduct
of arry L & D activities.
