Food Log Analysis-My Fitness Pal

1. Go to: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ And log in to your account


2. Click on the Food tab to enter your daily intake, Use that information to fill out the chart.

“choose a report” to find the nutrient.
4. Highlight total and daily goals for Calories, Fat, Sugar and Fiber.

I am meeting my caloric intake. I still have 133 calories remaining in my day.

Yes, my fiber intake could be higher. FIber, calcium, iron, Sodium

My energy level is pretty high, I run 6 days a week before I head to work. I run anywhere between 4-6 minules in the mroning. I do
think this has something to do with the way I eat.

fat, low in calories).
I am surprised that my sodium intake is that high, even though I could have more, I have been trying to lower that amount overall.

5. Are there any changes you need to make to your diet to help meet your nutritional needs? What changes would you make or what
would you continue doing to meet those needs?
List some foods that will help increase what you are missing or what could you cut back on?
I should make sure I am getting more healthy fat and the right kind of health carbohydrates. Limit fried or greesy foods.
