STEP BY STEP PROCESS FOR ENROLLMENT

STEP 1. Complete all the signatures in the student’s clearance.

STEP 2. Pass the clearance to the School Academic Coordinator
and get the Curriculum Sheet to fill up the grades from the last
semester.
STEP 3. Return the Curriculum sheet to the Academic
Coordinator and ask for Student Registration Form
STEP 4. Bring the Student Registration Form to the School
Registrar.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS FOR Re-Admission

Step 1. Get a Clearance from the School Registrar.
Step 2. Pass the clearance to the School Academic Coordinator
and update the grades in the Curriculum Sheet from the last
semester attended.
Step 3. Return the Curriculum sheet to the Academic
Coordinator and ask for Student Registration Form
STEP 4. Bring the Student Registration Form to the School
Registrar.
