oils. If you've gone looking for how to use a particular essential oil or wanted to find out what
essential oil you might use to combat your anxiety or wondered what brand is best - you've
probably stumbled on fifty different answers and still aren't quite sure...

This is exactly why I created this little book.

I wanted to put simple, smart recipes for how to use essential oils in one place so you can be
equipped and inspired to use your essential oils well - WITHOUT overwhelm.

And even more than that, I am over-the-top passionate about helping people - busy parents
especially - know how to use their essential oils SAFELY. There is so much conflicting
information, so many opinions, so many loud voices - I want to cut through it all to help you
understand how essential oils work and equip you to examine for yourself so that next time
you see random advice on the internet, you can actually know whether it's worth listening to
or not.

You have likely received this little e-book as part of the Essential Oil Safety Fundamentals
class I teach at NourishingJoy.com. If, somehow, this copy has come in to your hands some
other way, I'd love to have you join us. The Essential Oil Safety Fundamentals class is a
