Wilmont’s Pharmacy Drone

Project Description Wilmont’s Pharmacy is planning to deliver medicines by flying drone.


DroneTech is employed to create reliable means to deliver the
medicines by creating a system.
Project Purpose The purpose of this project is for DroneTech to provide the drone
technology and its expertise in operating the drones, but will modify
its systems and business process to convene to Wilmont’s
requirements.
Scope/Boundaries Wilmont Pharmaceuticals will make modifications to the existing
online system order entry to allow customers in the San Francisco to
register for delivery of via online or smartphone entry. The system
should provide options for Wilmont to communicate with customers.
Wilmont will develop security options for all systems that will
safeguard the data as it is stored within the company, and as it
exchanged with DroneTech.
Requirements Project must emerge flawless to Wilmont’s Pharmacy customers.
Ensure the security of Wilmont’s business information is protected.

Four (4) drones Delivery of drones to DroneTech
Customization of Drones Approval by Willmont’s Operation VP
Service contract with price Signed contract
Systems Integration Testing and quality control
First deliveries Delivered before August 18, 2020
Schedule Start date: September 17, 2021
First drone delivery: August 18, 2021
Budget Less than 750,000 USD
Assumptions and constraints Project team member will be reimbursed as outlined in Cost
Management Plan.
Willmont’s will provide all funding for the Pilot study.
Regular meetings will be scheduled for team and stakeholders.
Risks Testing and quality issues may arise.
Riskk associated with issued medecines.
