Instruction for filling ATKT & Supplementary form

Ref: KU/EXAM/SS/018 Date: 22/08/2020

1. Login to Kalinga University Student information system kusis.kalingauniversity.ac.in using your

enrollment number and password.
2. On Dashboard click on Reappear.
3. Choose Reappear subject by:
a. Selecting the semester/year in which you have ATKT/Supplementary from dropdown list.
b. Select the session from Drop down list.
I. Annual mode student select July-Jun.
II. Semester mode student select Jan-Jun.
III. Select year as 2020.
4. Choose the subjects in which you want to appear for ATKT/Supplementary and submit save
button.
5. You will get message showing details that your reappear details have been captured/inserted
successfully and system will display your form id number.
6. Click on OK and you will come back to reappear page where you can choose any other semester
/year in which you have ATKT/Supplementary and follow the same process.
7. After you have selected all the subjects of different semesters /years and have saved them
successfully then click to fee payment button on the left hand side and make payment from any
of option given in the payment section.
8. Fee for ATKT/Supplementary form is Rs. 750/- per subject till 27/08/2020 and form can be
submitted with late fee of Rs. 250/- per subject till 31/08/2020.
9. Please note you cannot fill form after 31/08/2020.

Exam Schedule will be displayed in the login id of the students who have filled Reappear form.
Students having reappear exam shall have to appear in Online exams. The pattern is as follows:
 For Theory/Written Examinations:
a. Duration of examination is 2 Hours.
b. External Marks: 70 and Internal Marks: 30
c. There shall be MCQ questions totaling 50 marks.
d. There shall be 5 long answer type questions of 10 marks each, out of which student will have to
attempt any 2 questions totaling 20 marks.
 For practical Examinations:
a. Students are required to take practical examinations in online mode (through Google Meet) as well as
in offline mode as per option chosen.
b. For Master of Technology and other courses in which dissertation or project is the part of current
semester or year, it is mandatory for student to submit the hard copy of dissertation. Students are

required to send the hard copy by Post or Courier or to submit it in person (Only one hard Copy is
needed and to be submitted to Examination Department).
c. For offline practical examinations students are required to give examinations in university campus
