Article 53 of the Articles of the Association of APTMA provides "on the expiry of their Mixed tenure, period of one year the chairman and the vice chairmen will automatically retire and shall accordingly handover the charge of their offices to the newly elected chairman and vice chairmen or the Executive Committee if the Election has not been held. If charge is handed-over to the Executive Committee, it may exercise the powers and responsibilities of the office in such manner as it may deem fit.” Minutes of 1" EC Meeting 2909-2017 Poge 1 0f3After due deliberations, meeting unanimously decided to constitute Caretaker Committee comprising of the members of the Executive Committee 2017-18 1, Mr, Aamir Fayyaz, Chairman of the Caretaker Committee 2. Monnoo, Member The next meeting of the Executive Committee 2017-18 will be convened as soon as possible to decide / finalize recommendations to be made to the Honorable Prime Minister in the upcoming meeting. There being no other matter, the meeting was ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair and vice versa.
