Existing Company brief: We are a food products company specializing in Dry Nuts, Fresh Fruits &
other agricultural products

Proposed project: We want to set up a processing unit for value addition and retail packaging of nuts
& fruits. We are interested in backward integration, we want to develop farms produce & process to
grow fresh fruits like apples, pears, strawberries, cherries and black raisins for export purposes.

Proposed location of project: Andijan , Kaskaderya,Fergana ,Namangan

Support needed from Uzbekistan government: To start a company and liaison office. We want land
and finished warehouse unit with all facilities to start the project. We also need concessional
taxation rates for the company.

Questions for Uzbekistan authorities:

What is the taxation for the profits generated on 100% export of products and taken back to
our holding company in dubai?
What is the taxation for profits generated on local processing and local distribution of
products in Uzbekistan?
