So, The Supply Chain is Simple

1.Create an App for 3 People of Supply Chains

I.e The Customers ,The Warehouses and The Waste management Corporations
2. The App should Flow by this way
I.e The Customer should be connected to the warehouses where the customers scrap the e waste
 from the customers and send it to the warehouses and thus helps in reduction of accumulation in
e waste
3. This Business Model can be adopted both for the Non-profit Organisations as well as
corporations
4. The Second Category is Connecting the Warehouses to the waste management companies-in-e-
waste-management-market
5. Then The APPS Developed should be monitored by the Head office of the Organisation by all
the stakeholders

The Customers could give their scrap to the company by making a schedule in the app and this app
should enable for a Pickup Location Facility from the Customer's Locality and transfering them to the
Warehouses.The Warehouses will be available in different cities and also on the basis of each city
model.

Each City might have a customer pickup option and also might have warehouses where the customer's
e waste gets stored.
The Warehouses perform the process of segregating the e waste on the basis of the kind of the material
and also the kind of the Organisation to which the E Waste is segregated to

for ex the App should have the pic up option from the customer including the Location services and
also should have the provision for determining the E Waste it is. For ex;Customers might have e waste
like TV's,Computers etc. So the App should ask the customer to determine the type of E Waste it is and
the pickup option should deliver the e waste to the Warehouse.

The Warehouses with the help of app helps in segregation of the e waste on the basis of the nature and
its kind of the product it is and then it helps to start their segregation process.

The Factories with the help of the app can use it for identifying the type of the E Waste the Factory is
looking for. As per the requirement For Ex: If the factory wants TVs for E Waste management ,the
Warehouse provides information regarding the types of E Waste Available to the Factory which was
pre-segregated. This helps the Factory to choose the e waste and use it for the particular purposes that
the factory wants for.

This helps in making the segregation tasks easier and also helps in picking up the type of e waste the
factory is looking for. This helps in systematic segregation and the purchase of e waste.

So,The Model of this Kind is precise in developing an app for 3 types of customers I.e End Customers
of a company,Warehousing and the factory.
This clearly shows the supply chain of this Business model where there could be integration of
warehouses from different cities in case of shortage of supplies.
