DEED OF DONATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MOISES V. MAMAUAG JR. of legal age, widow with postal address at 83 Block 04
Zero St. West Rembo Makati City hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and JENILYN
SOLORIA MAMAUAG, likewise of legal age, single with postal address at Lapogan,
Gattaran, Cagayan hereinafter called the DONEE,
WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land, more particularly described as
follows:
“SAPAGKAT, alinsunod sa mga tadhana ng Kabanata IX na Batas Komonwelt
Blg. 141, ayon sa pagkakasusog at ang mga karagdagang Batas dito, Batas
Republika Blg. 730 na sinusugan ng Atas ng Pangulo Blg. 2004, na namamahal
sa pagbibili ng mga bahagi ng ari-ariang bayan, na ipinagbili kay MOISES V.
MAMAUAG JR. na lupang pananahanan na nasa sitio ng Baryo ng West Rembo,
Bayan ng Makati, Lalawigan ng Metro Manila, Pulo ng Luzon, Pilipinas na may
kabuuang sukat na TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (254) metro kuwadrado ayon
sa opisyal na plat na partikular na ilalarawan:
“A parcel of land of Lot No. 13, Block 6 of the subdivision plan Psd-13-005241,
sht. 23, being a portion of plan Swo-13-000409, L.R.A, situated at West Rembo,
Makati, Metro Manila containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (254)
square meters more or less covered by Patente ng Samu-Saring Pagbibili Blg.
MP-007602-11-10735”
That the DONEE is the daughter of the DONOR, That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the
DONEE'S, love, trust, devotion and affection shown to the DONOR, and as an act of gratitude
and liberality on his part, the DONOR hereby voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS
by way of donation, unto the said DONEE, his heirs and assigns, the portion of the above
described parcel of land containing of THIRTY SEVEN (37) SQUARE METERS ONLY, free
from all liens and encumbrances;
That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive his creditors,
and that he has reserved for himself sufficient funds and property;
That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in his favor by the
DONOR, and hereby manifests his gratefulness for the latter's generosity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have hereunder subscribed their
names this ____________________ at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines.

 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
BEFORE ME, a notary for and in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, personally
appeared the above-named persons with their valid proof of identities written below their

the foregoing Deed of Donation and acknowledged to me that the same is their free and
voluntary act and deed.
