ACTIVITY DESIGN

TITLE:
ADVOCACY AND MARKETING COMMITTEE
PLAN for BRIGADA ESKWELA 2019
RATIONALE:
Evidently, Bango National High School has always been true to its vision and mission to
provide quality education to students, develop them to become productive citizens, and equip them
with necessary knowledge, skills and attitude that will give them the opportunity to succeed in any
chosen field. The following plans based on the major key result areas in curriculum and staff
development and management, learning environment, and resource mobilization and management
show how committed is the school towards reaching its goal of equipping students academically and
technically. One way of meeting the ends towards these visions is through the implementation of
Brigada Eskwela every year which allows partnership with the different stakeholders and with this, the
advocacy and marketing committee envisions plans for action to be implemented in achieving the
undertaking and apparition of the department.

OBJECTIVES:

This plan aims to:

1. Provide and disseminate information to stakeholders, parents and students;

2. Give stakeholders and partners an outlook on the desired success of Brigada Eskwela
2019.
3. Encourage the parents, stakeholders and community members to participate in Brigada
Eskwela 2019.

ACTIVITIES:
The activities are the following:

 Attend Purok meeting/ Assembly

 Distribution of leaflets/ information sheet including all the activities to be undertaken on the
Brigada Eskwela proper
 Posting of posters about Brigada Eskwela to Purok centers and and others establishments
and the programs to be conducted
 Conduct RECORADA
 Send announcement to churches
 Radio Guesting
 Prepare radio announcements
 Conduct orientation of Brigada Eskwela to all local officials, PTA officials, and other partners
PARTICIPANTS:

The participants of this program is the Advocacy and Marketing Committee together with all
the Brigada Working Committee of the aforementioned school.
DATE AND VENUE:

The venue of this activity is within the school premise of Bango National High School, Bango,
Ngan, Compostela, Compostela Valley Province and all the nearby communities on January 2019-
May 2019.
ACTIVITY COST:
The expected expenses are the following:

Recording Fee 250.00

Fuel (20L X 50.00) 1000.00
Snacks (4pax X 15.00) X 5 days 300.00
Prices for Jingle Making Contest 250.00
TOTAL 1800.00
