    speakers for the session Mr. Sreejith. P, Hr- General Manager at Horizontal Talent and Ms. Satabdi
    Deb, corporate trainer at Horizontal talent.

    Now I would like to introduce Mr. Sreejith. P, Hr- General Manager at Horizontal Talent

    Mr. Sreejith believes talent is the #1 factor that sets apart an organization from their competition.
    Mr. Sreejith is responsible for Horizontal Talent’s operations outside the US. He specializes in
    building and leading high performing staffing teams, new client acquisitions and implementing
    technology-driven staffing programs for multinational organizations.

    He has 15+ years of experience in talent transformation, Building high performing staffing
    leadership, driving business development and account management programs for global firms.

    He is also the cofounder of Curiotales Creations pvt. Ltd, a platform for high value Art & craft
    products from incredible India.

    Currently Mr. Sreejith is serving as a country HR general manager at Horizontal talent, providing
    talent solutions that solve key business challenges for enterprise products and services.

    He is passionate about building high touch, high value staffing programs and create a scalable and
    flexible workforce for an ever-changing business environment.

    It is an honour to have you here sir.

    Now I would also like to introduce Ms. Satabdi Deb, corporate trainer at Horizontal talent.

    Satabdi started her career in a E-commerce company as a part of service management team and
    later worked in various firms in the field of HR and gained expertise in training and coaching people.

    She has been working with Horizontal for over 2+ years. Currently, she is handling learning and
    development at Horizontal for India and Malaysia talent team. Prior to that, she served as a talent
    acquisition specialist in the same organisation. She is a person of quality and ethics. She has been
    coaching/training people from beginning of her career.
