Learning Objectives: 

Upon successful completion of this course students will have a working knowledge of
the following:

1. Define and explain and apply important terms and concepts in personality.
2. Recognize the importance and benefits in taking good care of physical, emotional
and mental health, hygiene, grooming and maintaining posture.
3. Determine and understand the important role of following social institution; the
family, peer, school and church as a major factor in the moral development of
individuals as foundation of personality
4. Apply the basic concept and skills in human relation, leadership, communication,
good manners and decorum needed in the tourism and hospitality industry.
5. Identify the different theories on personality development in relation to
development of one’s personality.
6. Describe the intellectual, emotional, social, moral and spiritual aspects of
personality.
