What did they learn?
Managing my own business taught me a lot of things. It
taught me the value of learning from mistakes and using it to the advantage of my company. Also, I try to teach my self and keep abreast on the latest trends in architecture and business management. After all, architecture is never constant. Therefore my designs and idea should also keep up with these changes, and the same goes in managing the business.
I Think That The Most Important Skills We Should Acquire As Future Employees Is Flexibility and Adaptability Especially in The Tunisian Workplace or Jobmarket
