Format: This assignment is an Individual report. You must use font Calibri size 12, set
number of the pages and use multiple line spacing at 1.5. Margins must be: left:
1.25 cm; right: 1 cm; top: 1 cm and bottom: 1 cm. The reference follows Harvard
referencing system. The recommended word limit is 1000 - 1500 (+/- 10%). The
cover page of the report has to be the Assignment front sheet 1. z

Submission Students are compulsory to submit the assignment in due date and in a way
requested by the lecturer. The form of submission will be a hard copy or a soft
copy posted on http://cms.greenwich.edu.vn/. Remember to convert the word
file into PDF file before the submission on CMS. Otherwise, you will fail and have
to retake the assignment.

another student or from books etc. If you use ideas, quotes or data (such as
diagrams) from books, journals or other sources, you must reference your

Assignment Brief and Guidance:

Scenario and activity:

Continuing from Assignment 1, in your role as an intern at the consultancy firm [named
organisation/an organisation of your choice – your own place of work if appropriate] you
have been asked to present as a keynote speaker at the annual Business Start-up Show in
Hanoi. You are to present on ‘The Mindset of the Entrepreneur’ and the different business
environments that foster or hinder entrepreneurship. The assignment will include a 15-
minutes individual PowerPoint presentation and 5 minutes allocated for questions. The
presentation slides and speaker notes should be submitted with the report as one copy. You
are required to make effective use of PowerPoint headings, paragraphs and subsections as
appropriate, and will include the following:

1. A short introduction about the topic.

2. Specific examples of entrepreneurs to illustrate the scope of entrepreneurship
covering one local entrepreneur, one global entrepreneur and one social
enterprise.
3. Discussion on their shared and different entrepreneurial traits and characteristics.
4. Analysis of how background and experiences can either hinder or foster
entrepreneurship, providing specific examples to support your line of argument.

their backgrounds and experience and the extent to which it has influenced them
