DO SAINTS PRAY FOR US?

THIS QUESTION WAS ASKED ME SOMETIME AND I HAD NO ANSWER BUT

TODAY I MAKE IT CLEAR: [IAM NOT GOING TO USE MY OWN WORDS ONLY
BIBLICALSCRIPTURE AND WHERE I USE MY OWN WORDS THEY WILL HAVE
SCRIPTURE REFERENCE]
There are two kinds of saints: dead saints and living saints.
SAINT CATEGORY 1:The dead saints include; UGANDA MARTYRS, STEPHEN,
PETER, PAUL, IGNATIUS OF LOYOLA, MOTHER THERESA, NAME THEM ALL.
These ones according to biblical proof. THEY ONLY SERVE AS EXAMPLES TO US. [
KJV Hebrews 12:1-4 V1Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud
of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let
us run with patience the race that is set before us, :2 Looking unto Jesus the author and
finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the
shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. :3 For consider him that
endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your
minds. :4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.]
. EVIDENCE NO.1 Luk 16:19-31] [NIV: 19There was a rich man who was dressed in
purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. :20 At his gate was laid a beggar named
Lazarus, covered with sores. :21 and longing to eat what fell from the rich man's table. Even
the dogs came and licked his sores.:22 The time came when the beggar died and the angels
carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried.:23 In hell, where he
was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side.:24 So he
called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger
in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.':25 But Abraham replied,
'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received
bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony.:26 And besides all this,
between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who want to go from here to
you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.':27 He answered, 'Then I beg you,
father, send Lazarus to my father's house,:28 for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so
that they will not also come to this place of torment.':29 Abraham replied, 'They have Moses
and the Prophets; let them listen to them.':30 'No, father Abraham,' he said, 'but if someone
from the dead goes to them, they will repent.':31 He said to him, 'If they do not listen to
Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.':]

cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip
of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. Luk 16:25 But
Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and
likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. Luk 16:26
And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would
pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
Luk 16:27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my
father's house: Luk 16:28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they
also come into this place of torment. Luk 16:29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses
and the prophets; let them hear them.
Luk 16:30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they
will repent. Luk 16:31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither
will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. ]
EVIDENCE NO.2: REV 6:9-11 [KJV V9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw
under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony
which they held: Rev 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy
and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? Rev 6:11
And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they
should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should
be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.] [GNB: Rev 6:9 Then the Lamb broke open the
fifth seal. I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed because they had
proclaimed God's word and had been faithful in their witnessing. Rev 6:10 They shouted in a
loud voice, "Almighty Lord, holy and true! How long will it be until you judge the people on
earth and punish them for killing us?" Rev 6:11 Each of them was given a white robe, and
they were told to rest a little while longer, until the complete number of other servants and
believers were killed, as they had been.],[NASB:Rev 6:9 When the Lamb broke the fifth seal,

of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, until
the number of their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed even as they had
been, would be completed also.] ,[NIV:Rev 6:9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under

they had maintained.Rev 6:10 They called out in a loud voice, "How long, Sovereign Lord,
holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?"Rev 6:11
Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the
number of their fellow servants and brothers who were to be killed as they had been was
completed.]
SAINT CATEGORY 2: The living saints[ you ,me and any one that has confessed CHRIST
AS LORD AND SAVIOUR]. these have FULL ACCESS TO PRAY/INTERCEDE FOR US
AND THEY CONSIST OF OF ALL BELIVERS IN CHRIST JESUS. there are may
evidences, that i cannot paste them all EVIDENCE 1:Act 9:13 Then Ananias answered, Lord,
I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: Act
9:32 And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the
saints which dwelt at Lydda. Eph 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; Eph
5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering
and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. Eph 5:3 But fornication, and all
uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; Rev
5:8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down
before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are
the prayers of saints. Eph 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit,
and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

WHO PRAYS/ INTERCEDES FOR US IN HEAVEN; OR WHAT HAPPENS

DURING PRAYER/ INTERCESSION?
Rom 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should
pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which
cannot be uttered. Rom 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the
Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. 1Ti 2:1 I

exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks,
be made for all men; 1Ti 2:2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a
quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 1Ti 2:3 For this is good and acceptable
in the sight of God our Saviour; 1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto
the knowledge of the truth. 1Ti 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and
men, the man Christ Jesus; 1TI 2:5 FOR THERE IS ONE GOD, AND ONE MEDIATOR
BETWEEN GOD AND MEN, THE MAN CHRIST JESUS; :6 Who gave himself a ransom
for all, to be testified in due time. :7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I
speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity. :8 I will
therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

man Christ Jesus; 2:6 who gave himself a ransom for all, to be
testified in due time.

Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who
