Apply communication techniques and group dynamics in

previously programed activities

Why did I choose to become a tour guide?

Because today's tourist destinations and businesses must compete in

an enormously dynamic market on a national and international scale,
and must face up to this with products and strategies that improve the
quality of the tourist experience in all its aspects, both tangible and
intangible. For this reason, acquiring a university education that
addresses the fundamental skills needed to offer a quality service in
the service of tourist circuits or in the creation of local cultural or natural
tourism products can make a difference in the labour market.

Development: In this exercise, participants will sit in a circle. The

facilitator starts by telling any made-up story. When within the
story he says the word "who" everyone should stand up, and
when he says the word "no" everyone should sit down. When
someone does not get up or sit down at the moment of saying
who or not, they leave the game or give a piece of clothing.

Name of the activity: Name circle

Materials: None.
Procedure:

1. Get all the tourists to stand in a large circle.

2. Each tourist must say his or her name clearly.
3. One tourist points to another tourist, calls out his name and the
two tourists
change places. The second tourist calls points, calls out the
name of another
