humans fight back.
You just cannot go wrong with this one.

vinland saga
Basically, a boy witnesses the death of his
own father and gets filled with vengeance.
It's a bit hardcore but those who enjoy the
genre will definitely appreciate it. Oh also,
it's about Vikings.

fate stay/night unlimited blade works

Mages summon servants (heroes of the
past) to help them fight in the Holy Grail
War. Crisp visuals, awesome story, great
starting point for someone who wants to
dive into the Fate Universe.
 Demon slayer
Demon Slayers are warriors who slay
demons. (well duh) When his family gets
killed by a demon and his sister turned to a
demon, Tanjiro decides to become a demon
slayer to find a way to turn her sister back.

black clover
In a world where magic is everything, a
boy who has no magic is born. But he
would not let that stop him from becoming
the Wizard King. Get through the first 5
episodes, it gets way better.

sword art online

Trapped in a game where death means
death in real life, defeating the boss is the
only way out. It's one of the better isekai
anime out there. Also has a bit of romance
for added effect.

Everyone who knows what anime is, knows what
this is. Light Yagami is a genius boy who's bored
with life. His life takes a turn when he discovers a
notebook that can kill anyone, anywhere. By the
time you reach the end, you'll be doubting your own
moral compass.

hyouka
Fans of Sherlock, you'll like this one. Hotaro
lives his life doing as little as possible. But when
he joins the Kamiyami Lit Club, he comes across
mysteries that only he can solve. The best thing
about this show is how it handles it's characters.

charlotte
Superpowers. Highschool. And one of the best
plot twists ever. Yuu has the ability to control
anyone's body for 5 seconds. He exploits this to
get ahead in life. Until, Nao catches him in the
act and forces him to join a school for the gifted.
 one-punch man
A superhero can defeat any villain with
just one punch wouldn't make for an
interesting story right? Wrong. This is
overpowered main characters done right.

grand blue
Iori moves to his uncle's place to live his
dream college life. But when he is forced to
join the Diving Club, all his dreams go down
the drain. The amazing array of characters
it has is one of it's strong points.

devil is a part timer

The name couldn't have been more
descriptive. Devil, has been transported to
the human world and must get a part-time
job to survive in this world.
 pet girl of sakura house
Sakura Dorm's residents are the strangest
students. Sorata moves in when he's kicked
out of the normal dorms for keeping a cat. He
meets the world famous artist Shiina here and
is forced to become her caretaker. This one
will always have a place in my heart.

angel beats
The afterlife is nothing like what we
imagine it to be. Instead, it's a highschool
where the students are at war with the
student council. Oh also, you cannot die
here. (You might cry at the end.)

handa kun
Handa is very good at calligraphy, is handsome
and is super popular at his school. But for some
reason, he believes everyone at his school hates
him. Anime and their weird plots. Despite being
loved by everyone, he keeps believing in his
delusions.

Just watch it. Please watch it. Even if you
don't watch anything else on the list, watch
this.

love is war
The Student Council President and the Vice
President like each other. But for them, the
person who confesses first, loses. For them,
Love is War. It comes along brilliantly and
will leave you feeling warm.

toradora!
Fierce in appearance but gentle at heart,
Ryuji forms an unlikely friendship with
Taiga, a tiny girl with a sharp tongue and
a tough attitude. Together they try to help
each confess their love to their crushes.

Cowboy in Space with one of the best
opening there is. It's a classic and holds it's
ground easily. Known to cause Post CB
Blues because there's nothing else like this.

tokyo ghoul
For the horror fans out there, Tokyo Ghoul
will quench your thirsts. It has the most
bad ass looking main characters to ever
exist.

assasination classroom
When a mysterious creature destroys the
moon in an instant, he claims that Earth will
be next. but he offers mankind a chance by
becoming a homeroom teacher where he
teaches his students about how to kill him.
