actual application in recent year.

Based on research study, there is evidence that a crack

width of 100 micron represents a threshold above which
water flow through cracks becomes appreciable
(Tsukamoto 1990; Wang et al. 1997; Lawler et al. 2002).
The multiple cracking characteristic of Flexcrete-WP
make the crack width of Flexcrete-WP can be kept below
this threshold limit, Flexcrete-WP would serve as an
excellent “concrete-overlay” in Reinforced concrete
structures to provide cementitious waterproofing layer.
The use of Flexcrete-WP will lead to extended service life
of concrete structure.
