VARALKA Air Oil Coolers are manufacturer using Bar and Plate

Technology, which makes it more compact in size and light weight i.e, 2-3
times smaller than copper tube and fin coolers. Our Coolers are manufactured
with Max Test Pressure of 35Bar and Max Working Pressure of 20Bar.
 
These Air to Oil Coolers are best suitable in various equipment that use
Hydraulic Oil, Lubricating Oil, Petroleum etc as heat medium to achieve the
purpose of cooling High Temperature Oil Passing through it by using Air as
Cooling Media.
 
VARALKA Air Oil Cooler Range includes
1.       Air Oil Cooler with AC Motor  - This is the most suitable
Industrial application which offer Robust Design with 1-Phase and 3-
Phase electric motor and is available in a range of cooling capacities
from 1KW to 300KW.
2.       Air Oil Cooler with DC Motor – These Coolers are used in
Mobile Applications manufactured with DC Fan – 12V and 24V with
cooling capacities from 1KW to 30KW.
3.       Air Oil Cooler with Hydraulic Motor – This series is suitable for
both Mobile as well as industrial market applications and is available in
Range of 1KW to 300KW.
4.       Off-Line Cooling System with Pump – This series is
manufactured with AC Motor with Pump, offers Compact and durable
design which gives efficient performances with long life. They Provide
45KW of offline Cooling and mainly design for Gear Box Oil Cooling.
5.       Air Oil Coolers with Dust and Stone Guard – Air Oil Coolers
with Dust and Stone Guard Protects the core or Aluminium Parts from
damage due to Rocks and other Debris which also maximizes the
efficiency by preventing Air Borne Debris from clogging the cooling
Fins.
6.       Air Oil Cooler with Thermoswitch – To ensures Precise
Temperature Control and working condition of a Hydraulic System,
Thermoswitch are used to control motor on Air Oil Coolers.
