11 This will be a very short supplement 3 but not less important.
12 Premier Daniel Andrews made clear he requires to have another 12 months STATE OF
13 EMERGENCY as to pursue continuation of restrictions, etc. And this while there also is a
14 STATE OF DISASTER declared. Meaning we now have a CURFEW applied from 8PM till 5
15 AM after all we need to address the COVID-19 SPREAD!
16 I today having attended to my doctor on my way back noticed that the work on the North –East
17 Link (NELA) in Greensborough Road Watsonia as well as in Lower Plenty Road night work is
18 going on. New Fences erected in Greensborugh Road and concrete blocks in Lower Plenty Road.

22 What this means that building a new highway during CURFEW hours somehow is a kind of
23 “essential service”? Or does this just underline that when it comes to the premier’s pet projects
24 the STATE OF EMERGENCY and/or STATE OF DISSASTER do not apply? This may
25 underline that the Premier is missing COVID-19 for what suits him. Building a new part of a
26 freeway where there is already an existing road hardly can be deemed an “emergency issues”.
27 Hence, underlines that the premier is not credible to apply a CURFEW regarding COVID-19 for
28 whomever but not to his pet projects.
