The undersigned has been enrolled for the Academic Year 2019-2020, First
Semester, in this university, however, due to health condition, I opted to transfer to
another college in Surigao del Sur, nearer to my hometown. I fully paid the fee not
knowing that I was one of the fortunate Academic Scholars for the semester. A staff
told me that I can claim my refund which is supposedly would be claimed before
March 20, 2020, however, due to CoVid-19 pandemic, I wasn’t able to go back to
Davao City and claim the said refund.
