MEMORANDUM OF

UNDERSTANDING(MoU)
Between

Technex ’20, IIT (BHU) Varanasi

And

Robotech ResearchTM

This agreement has been entered between Technex

‘20, (Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu
University), Varanasi) and Robotech ResearchTM on
14th of January 2020. It is valid from this day till 16th of
February, 2020. Each party shall have the right, in its
sole discretion, to determine how it will fulfil its
obligations hereunder.

Technex deliverables:

An exclusive stall will be provided to Robotech

ResearchTM to exhibit INDRO 3.0™ during the 3
days of Technex’20.

Visibility in the faculties, Departments and

Hostels of IIT (BHU).

· Online publicity through our Facebook,

Instagram, Twitter handles to be done from the
day of agreement.

· Electricity and backup will be provided by The

Team Technex.

· They will be provided remuneration of Rs

19000.

· Accommodation, food, and to and fro 3-tier

AC tickets from Mumbai to Varanasi for Mr.
Santosh Vasudeo Hulawale.
 Drona Aviation Pvt LtdTM deliverables:

You will exhibit INDRO 3.0™.

Branding materials, print media in all forms.

 CONFIDENTIALITY

1. Any information, whether written, oral or in any

other form, furnished hereunder by one Party to the
other or its employees, representatives or agents shall
be considered confidential by the receiving Party,
which shall take all necessary precautions to keep the
confidential information, secret and confidential.

2. Either Party may disclose the general terms of this

Agreement (but not the commercials or the specific
details therein) for publicity subject to the condition
that the Party so wishing to disclose gets the content
to be published, publicized or disclosed to be
approved by the other Party.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties hereto have

signed this MOU as of the day and year first above
written.
