NUSSBAUM goes on a new direction…
Through simplified operation and minimum main-
tenance effort the patented HyperFlow® technol-
ogy provides more efficiency and effectiveness in
the workshop. The HyperFlow® technology will
change the way how hydraulic lifts will be built in
the future; it sets the basis for more safety with
simplified constructions and less components. For
this reasons the lifetime of the lifts is longer. Until
now the synchronization of hydraulic lifts was done
by more complex technologies. Through these tech-
nologies a faulty synchronization can be caused, for
example by irregular temperatures in the hydraulic
system, entrapped air in the oil circuit or irregular
load distribution.
NUSSBAUM sets new trends …
The new HyperFlow® technology by NUSSBAUM
revolutionizes the synchronization for hydraulic
lifts through an easy principle. When lifting to the
maximum raised position, this enables that oil can
flow through the overflow conduit, passing the
seal, in the upper part of the cylinder. In this way
trapped air is removed from the lower part of the
cylinder and an automated synchronization on
both sides takes place.
