THIS DEED Of INDEMNITY is made in Mwanza this ……….day of

October 2006.

WHEREAS:

The property described under the above reference is my property the Letter
of Offer of which I purchased from one NTEMINYANDA BARNABAS in
the 2000 whom I have failed to locate his whereabouts is attached hereunder.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESS: That I herein apply for being issued with a
new Letter of Offer in my own name.

That I hereby undertake and agree to keep indemnified and harmless the
Commissioner for Lands against all the claims by any person whatsoever in
respect of the property for which I apply for the new Certificate of Title.
