INSTRUCTION STEP 1

At disassembly the general procedure is to follow the Assembly instruction but in

the reverse order.

However, it is important to follow these instructions in order to not damage the Drill
head at disassembly.

1. Before splitting the Housing parts it is important to unthread the Set screw
0192124400 in the shift fork (enough to release the piston).

2. Remove the Piston assembly including the spring

INSTRUCTION STEP 2

3. Rotate the Shift fork away from the Piston position (Turn the output or inut shaft
clockwise until the fork hits the Countershaft)

5. As the Housing separates the Input shaft must be pressed down. The input shaft
is a part of the lower housing assembly. Press with a hydraulic piston or with a
plastic mallet (Remove nut and washer)
