Subject: 1313 Cauldron Street water leaking from the ceiling

Dear Jessica,

I’m writing you this letter because I want to notice you about the ceiling problem here in the 1313. In the
past 4 months that we've been here we never noticed any kind of trouble, but now that the rainy season
started, we discovered that there are many leaks in the living room ceiling.

First, we thought that it was just one leak, but after a few days we realized that there were at least five of
them. One of the leaks was so close to the wall that we lost a very old and valuable painting.

I hope you can send someone to fix this soon, as we are running out of ideas and the buckets are getting
difficult to handle every day. Maybe we can schedule a meeting for next week. I'll be at home every
morning until 13:00 so it may be a good opportunity.
