The applicant respectfully states as under:
1. That the plaintiff suit is pending in the hon'ble court for suit for recovery of
₹ 25 lacs against the defendant. The defendant has received summons.
2. That the defendant has given the advertisement in the newspaper for sale of
her agricultural land.
3. That the defendant has no other property therefore suit of the plaintiff will
fail.
 Prayer

It is therefore prayed to pass an order for conditional attachment of the defendant.
