Dear Mr. Simpkins:

As our yesterday conversation concerning the trouble you are having with the benefits program at JFS.
The enclosed brief statement shows how Reimbursement Services can improve the package to benefit
both you and your employees. The proposal outlines the specific services we offer and indicates our
experience. It also provides a schedule of activities we would conduct for you.

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSES

Nowadays, health care costs are continually on the rise. As a result, employee benefits programs are
becoming more important to an organization's efforts to maintain the highest quality employees.
Too often these benefits plans are not properly designed and are thus both too costly and of
insufficient appeal to employees. By first understanding your needs in a health care program, we can
develop one that will be most beneficial for JFS Manufacturing. We will then search for this
particular type of program at the least possible cost. In addition, we aim to improve the
employer/employee relationship through our service of the program. We orient employers as well as
employees to the new plan, assist with claims, and educate employees on how their benefits can
best serve them.

PROPOSED PLAN

Reimbursement Services proposes to design an employee benefits program that fits the needs of
the JFS Manufacturing Company and costs less than the plan currently in use.

Procedure

1. We will meet with either you or your benefits coordinator, assess your specific areas of interest in an
employee benefits package and discuss your philosophy of compensation.

2. We will collect information about the JFS Manufacturing including an employee list, employees'
birthdates and dependent status and copies of bills and enrollment books from present carriers.
3. We will contact insurance firm that can provide the program you are looking for and insure you at the
lowest rates.

4. We will analyze the information we receive from insurance carriers.


5. We will present to you an analysis of your present program and our suggestion of a less expensive
and more effective employee benefits program.

6. We will visit your firm monthly following adoption of a program. We will conduct a claims
assistance meeting with employees and provide each employee with a printout detailing his or her
benefits.

STUFFING

Reimbursement Services has successfully designed effective benefits programs for over one hundred
South Jersey firms. A list of clients will be provided on request. We are experts in the field of analysis
and design. In addition, we have a twenty—four—hour phone number as well as a staff experienced in
handling claims and problems.

BUDGET

Our suggestions for a more effective program are free. You pay the normal cost of the plan to the
insurance company, and we receive from the carrier the usual agent`s commission. All of our service of
the plan is also done without charge to you or your employees.

AUTHORIZATION

We are influenced James Simpkins that our proposal will improve your employee job satisfaction and
productivity by offering them health care services, if you sign this proposal by December 18, 2020 than
the initial cost will be the same otherwise after December 18 there will be 12% increase in the initial
price.
