ALVAN BLANCH SEMI AUTOMATIC MILL

Alvan Blanch is an agro machine manufacturing company based in United Kingdom. The
company’s machinery is known to be reliable with high efficiency. Below is a description of the
semi-automatic milling line at hand.

1) Capacity; the mill has a variable output capacity depending on the type of input produce
it has been fed. This is as follows; a) cassava 2.5 to 6 TPH
b) maize 1.5 to 2 TPH
c) soya 2 TPH

3) Milling process; a) the line is self-loading with a screw conveyor system.

b) a screw conveyor feeds into a 2 tonne capacity holding bin.
c) another screw conveyor moves the produce to the mill.
d) the milled product is fed through a spreader to the final holding bin.
e) the final holding bin feeds the automatic weighing scale.
f) the scale feeds directly into the bags/sacks.
