COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course explores the role of the legal profession in Philippine society. Legal education, admission to
the bar, organization of the practicing bar, discipline, unauthorized practice, group legal services and
other current problems are discussed. The primary goal of the course is to provide students with a
practical understanding of the law governing lawyers.
