Construction Methodology:
ACS: It is used in Core wall and surrounding columns of Tower area, as it is high concrete structures volumetric wise which
makes it extremely fast, cost-effective and safe. The climbing units comprising wall formwork and platforms are moved
between floors of integrated hydraulic systems. The efficient sequence of operations facilitates a very high level of
productivity and exceptionally reduces floors cycle times.
Core Wall: Core walls are created with combination of walls. They are arranging like a core and generally located at the
geometric center of the building to void torsion. Also, core is used to install lifts and to accommodate services. In addition,
we can say that core walls are combination of shear walls. Walls are used to carry the lateral force exerted on the
structure due to wind, earthquake or any other lateral load. High strength concrete i.e. M80 is used for the core wall
construction. As observed in current location wind directions are found to be in north-west at maximum time of the year,
so is the placement of extended walls of core structure as per design requirement.
