C. MAIN WORKING PRINCIPLE
1. Driving system

from 300 to 1200 bags/min through fixed ration driving. The driving part of
this machine is made up of the gear wheel, roller chain, hold-in range,

handwheel 1 in the FIG 6.
d, Packing paper dragged or block through horizontal-sealing cutter:
you need adjust the horizontal sealing transmission. Adjust way: See FIG 6.

1. PARAMETER SETTING

Under opening machine menu, according to the parameter setting

G. MAINTENANCE :

contain the thickness and width of packed stuff, and regulate it betimes.

Simultaneously inspect if the bottom and both side plates of the shaped
device are leveled off. If they are not, regulate them to be flat.
4 、 MAINTIANING FOR HEATING-SEALING PARTS:(WITH
ELECTRICIAN TO HELP)
(1)For electric collectors. Termly clean up them, especially the dirt,
grease and so on between the collars must be cleaned out. Prohibit them
from broken. When the length of electric brush is decreased to about
10mm because of frication, it is needed to be replaced.
(2)Maintaining for horizontal-sealing-pattern-cutters, horizontal-sealing-
pattern-cutter, thermoelectric couple, electrothermal tube, cutters and anvil
are mounted in a whole.
Replace thermocouple: loosen the collector’s wire connected to the
rod, remove the wires which are red and green respectively, and the
positive and negative poles would not be mistaken.
Replace electrothermal tube: remove the wire, demount the active
cutter seat, take out electrothermal tube. The doing order is as above.
(3)Install and change vertical sealing thermocouple: as Idem.
(4)Install and change horizontal sealing heating tube: horizontal heating
tube install in the horizontal jaws.
(5)Install and change horizontal sealing heating thermocouple.: as
idem.
(6) Adjust cutter: when the cutter can’t cut off packing film because off its
big friction or carved trace, a copper sheet of thickness 0.05-0.10mm is
needed to be put under the cutter, when loose the two screws, at the same
time heat the pattern cutter, push the cutter out horizontal with a screw
driver. Adding spacer, would pay attention to spacer’s position, where is the
cave of the cutter, and underlaid both cutters uniformly.
(7)Inspect and test solid state relay
Connect the circuit as follow, the switch K is on, when the bulb should be
bright. K is off, the bulb is not. If it is not as above, the relay is damaged.
