Performance Improvement

The business analysis performance improvement task is used to evaluate the business analysis
work and plan for any necessary improvements.

Elements

Performance analysis: To establish the performance measures we will conduct the performance
analysis, report will be sent on the results of the analysis, and then we will identify any necessary
preventive, corrective, or developmental actions. Performance analysis will be done throughout
an initiative and will be supported by Quality analysts testing (Ruhi & Anu). Once we will get
the requirement from the reviewer the information will be passed verbally and also will be
documented.

1- Assessment Measures: The final project will be delivered by 10 th Aug and before delivering
the project it would be reviewed from stakeholders.

Some measures like

Accuracy and completeness: This is to understand whether our BA’s (Nayan & Kavya) work
products will be accurate or not?

Organizational Support: This would be done to assess whether there will be adequate resources
available to complete business analysis activities as needed.

2- Strategic: Our Quality analysts (Ruhi & Anu) along with BA and PM would after if the
objectives are met and if there are any issues then if those issues are met or not?

3- Analyze Results: The business analysis process and deliverables will be compared against
the set of defined measures. The analysis may be performed on the business analysis process, the
resources involved, and the deliverables. Our sponsors (Glen & Sri rakesh) would be
continuously in touch with the stakeholders to identify expectations.

Performance may be determined from the point of view of the stakeholders who will be the
recipients of the business analysis work and as per their reviews report will be produced

4- Recommend Actions for Improvement: So whatever the report is produced stakeholders

will be responsible for identifying preventive, corrective and improvement actions.

These actions would be used to make changes to the business analysis approach and processes.
