- Created a database for use company wide. It can be used to track anything from driver records, bus stop
assets and locations, project status, and vendor options.
- As part of a new marketing run, redesigned the authorities "Rider Guide" and route websites. The campaign
will focus on WATA's shi from colored routes, to route names and numbers.

-Manage the schedules of 3 departments independently using custom designed excel tools in coordination

-Use a system of daily checks to maintain a 2 month outlook company wide in order to assure the sales
department that deliveries will ship as scheduled.
-Using analytic data gathered to locate deficiencies in production staff/ equipment/ or processes
