This letter is my professional recommendation for Allison Qualls. I had the privilege of working with Allison
as her supervisor at a residential treatment program for young adult men for just under two years. I can say
without a doubt she has been one of the most positive and dedicated employees I ever had the privilege of
working with. Allison has consistently gone above and beyond the expectations of her job all the while doing
so with an incredibly bright attitude and her one of a kind sense of humor. During those two years, Allison
undoubtedly made a difference in the lives of the students we cared for by introducing the students to unique
opportunities that enriched their experience in our program. Experiences like working with the special
Olympics, making crafts, and engaging in community activities they normally lacked the confidence to
participate in.
I have no hesitation in recommending Allison for any position she is pursuing. The students and her co-workers
were deeply saddened to see her leave when she moved to Colorado but her ambition and drive to pursuit her
education were a great example for our students. I have complete confidence in my recommendation for
