Q: What is TRU doing to prevent customers and employees against the Covid19 virus

A: We take the health and safety of our team members and customers very seriously and are taking
actions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus.  We have increased the frequency of cleaning  for
all cart handles, display units, testers, cash desks, pin pads, washrooms and parenting rooms as well as
our team member only space. We also have informed our thousands of associates not to come
to  work  if they aren't feeling well.  We would respectfully ask you, our valued customer, to do the same.

Q: Will you extend ISPU to more than 3 days?


A: As per current process, should a customer require longer than the usual 3 days period for pick
up, the customer may contact the store and ask them to hold it for longer or we can send a note to the
store to ask them to hold it and provide new extension date. Stores will be encouraged to be flexible on
pick up timelines.

Q: Will there be a delay to my online order?


A: At this time, we are not expecting any delays with the fulfilment of our orders

Q: Will hours of operation (store hours) remains the same?


A: At this time, our hours of operations will remain the same. Should there be any changes, the
information on our Store Locator on our web site will be updated accordingly

Q: Will Call centre hours of operation remains the same?


A: There will be no change to our Customer Service hours.
