Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit prequalification documents for consulting services
for implementation of a feasibility study for assessment, planning and conceptual design with suitable
scaled substation control system to allow future remote control via a distribution SCADA system for
renovation of 33/11 kV substations, so called wooden pole substations. Furthermore, assessment of 11 kV
network data and conceptual design and placement of 11 kV capacitor units for power factor improvement
and reduction of losses.

The feasibility study for the project shall comprise assessment and design and further cost estimate,
financial and economic evaluation, rapid EIA, procurement plan, project impact assessment, evaluation of
possible reduction of CO2 emissions and updating of existing institutional assessment (detailed in PQ
text).
