    Maintenance Procedure

     Machine Name:
    Electronic vacuum detector
     Purpose:
    Set of organized operations that need to be carried out on parts and
    machines periodically and systematically.

     Maintenance operation
    In this table will explain the frequency of operation, which is merely
    an indication to enable programming maintenance.

    Operation Periodical check


    Photocell Check and cleaning Daily
    Sensor Check and cleaning Daily
    Ejector cylinder Check proper operation Daily
    Pneumatic and Check operation and Daily
    electric connections cleaning
    Software Check proper operation Daily
    Electric box, Check operation and Quarterly
    Operator panel cleaning
    General maintenance Quarterly and before a
    long production stop

     Change Format
    - Adjust the arm of width in the conveyor to appropriate size of jars.
    - Adjust the arm of high machine in the conveyor to appropriate size of
    jars.
    - Check the distance between sensor that responsible for vacuum and
    the bottle is about 4 mm.
