Business Description
Seventh Heaven is a yoga center which provides its customers with fitness exercises and
personal growth trainings. Seventh Heaven expects to catch the interest of people who in the
era of busy life need to stop for a while and think about themselves.

Seventh Heaven aims to offer its products at a competitive price to meet the demand of the
middle-to higher-income local market in Warsaw with the intention to expand to the biggest
cities in Poland.

The Company
Our goal is to open two yoga centers in two biggest business areas in Warsaw: City Center
West in Wola district and Horizon Business Center in Mokotów district. The company
intends to provide its customers with Hatha yoga trainings as well as personal growth
trainings such as: “Develop self-confidence”; “ Make fear your friend”, “ Get along with
yourself” , “ Manage stress effectively”.

The company intends to hire six full time Hatha yoga trainers and six personal growth
coaches. Workshops will be provided from 8am till 8pm from Monday till Friday. To meet
the demand of the market we are also willing to conduct workshops in the offices.

Products and Services

Through the thorough observation of the business environment we came to the conclusion that
in the current stressful and busy life people are in great need to slow down and take care of
themselves. This is what we want to offer them. Our products have been carefully selected so
that they could match up to customer’s expectations. Hatha yoga is classified in the Western
world as one type of mind-body exercise and a type of complementary and alternative
medicine that has become popular and effective form of exercise in healthy, clinical, and
athletic populations because of the numerous health and fitness benefits associated with a
regular practice. Yoga involves the practice of physical postures in conjunction with
awareness of the breath to help develop mental focus and to connect the mind, body and
spirit. The regular practice of Hatha yoga strengthens not only flexibility and body balance
but also through incorporating appropriate breath and mediation techniques provides
beneficial effects in numerous health conditions including cancer, heart disease, asthma,
insomnia, arthritis and many more. We want our customers to not only relax but also fulfill
their needs to grow and develop. Our personal growth trainings has been designed to
constitute the valuable complement to Hatha yoga workshops. Our customers will learns how
to turn stress into the positive asset, learn how to grow through building strong self-
confidence and how important is to love and appreciate oneself.

The Market

We see a great potential in the field of self-development and relaxation especially in the world
of people working in corporation where expectations and pressures are very high. We aim to
direct our offer to office workers working in corporations who may feel overstressed, who
may experience professional burn-out or who simply want to improve the quality of their
lives. We are convinced that our diverse and well-thought out offer will perfectly meet
expectations of the market.

Mission

Seventh Heaven’s mission is to improve the quality of office worker’s life and make them
happy again. Our motto is “ Sometimes, all we really need is a break, in a beautiful place, to
figure everything out”. Our ideology of slow life together with competitive prices aims to
reach both middle and high local markets. We intent to be visible with our offer mainly on
social media like Facebook and Instagram. To attract more customers we plan to organize
open days with free entry as well as distribute ours leaflets directly in the offices.

Financing

Seventh Heaven costs are based on an assumption that it will lease space in two office
buildings located in Wola and Mokotów districts. The venues are ready for occupancy but
will need to be adjusted to yoga centers . Each space needs to be divided into four separate
rooms, equipped with yoga tools, tables and chairs and flipcharts needed for coaches.

We are not currently requesting a loan, but may need to for operating costs if the sales
forecast is less than anticipated. We ( owners) are investing 600 0000 PLN initially.

Breaking-even

In case of crises we plan do take a loan in the bank which would help us to survive on the
market and look for areas to improve. We will closely observe and analyze needs of our
customers and implement them where possible, which we deeply believe will allow us to
survive on the market and be profitable. Another option which we take into consideration, in
case of crises, is to diversify our offer and conduct more workshops in customer’s offices.
