Terms and Conditions of warranty

Subject to the following Terms and Conditions, this equipment is guaranteed against defective materials and
manufacturing defects by Messrs FIAMMA SDN. BHD. for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

1. This warranty is valid only in Malaysia and provided that warranty card is completed and returned to FIAMMA
SDN. BHD. within ten (10) days from the date of original purchase,
2. The warranty covers repair or at the option of FIAMMA SDN. BHD. replacement of any parts proven to be
defective due to defective workmanship or materials provided that the purchase of the equipment was made
from an authorised dealer of FIAMMA SDN. BHD.
3. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
a) Any unauthorized disassembly, service repair, alteration or modifications being carried out,
b) Abnormal voltage or the use of generator and/or used not in accordance with the operating manual.
c) Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused.
d) Normal wears and tears components.
e) Rough handling and transportation.
f) Product that has been used for trade or business.
g) Lightning, natural disaster, pest attacks, external fire, improper installation/maintenance or use in
violation.
4. This warranty does not cover the following accessories:
a) Burner Caps/Burner Rings/Trivets h) Jar
b) Worn Head/Ali External Part Accessories i) Body Work
c) Knobs/Cover/Glass/Glass Cover/Screen j) Hose/Gharcoal Filter
d) Remote Control/Batteries k) Fan Blade
e) Shelves/Trays/Light Bulb/Hose/Frame l) Filter/Oil Cup
f) Microphone/Antenna/ Wom Head / all External Part Accessories m) Inner Pot
g) Rusty/Dented/Scratches n) Accessories
5. This warranty will be null & void in any of the following events:
a) If any item contained in this warranty card has been tempered with or altered in any way without the
prior written consent of FIAMMA SDN. BHD. Request for warranty services within the warranty
period must be accompanied with this Warranty Card and proof of original purchase.
b) That at any time during the warranty period, any part or parts of this equipment is or are removed,
altered, tempered with, adjusted, modified, dismantled, repaired or handled in any way whatsoever by
any person or persons not authorised by FIAMMA SDN. BHD.
c) if the serial number on the equipment has been defaced or removed.
6. In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising during this warranty period, the purchaser shall be fully
responsible for the due delivery of the equipment to FIAMMA SDN. BHD.’s service centre for any work which
shall need to be done pursuant to this warranty and for the subsequent collection thereof of the equipment after
the said work has been done.
7. In no event shall FIAMMA SDN. BHD. be liable for consequential loss or damages, including loss of use or
profits resulting from the product.
