Inability to produce a valid proof of identity while travelling. . The payment of the fare is fraudulent. 4. The booking of the bus has been done fraudulently or unlawfully. e. The payment instrument used by the customer for payment of the fare has been reported lost or stelen. £ The itinerary or booking or confirmation slip is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained. g. The itinerary has been altered by anyone other than redBus or our authorized agent, or has been ‘mutilated (in which case we reserve the rright to retain such documentation}; |. Customer is unable to produce a valid and legible confirmation of reservation for the intended travel, The confirmation provided by redBus constitutes as the prima facie evidence of the contract of carriage between the customer and the bus operator; i. redBus will not be liable for the consequential or incidental loss, damage, cost, or fee the customer incur ‘with the refusal of carriage. iii, Children below age twelve (12) will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by an adult.
