request as per the cancellation policy of the
bus operator.
iii, Refund Policy
2. Customer will be entitled to a 100%
refund of the reservation of the
booking, when it has been paid for
completely, if the cancellation of the
journey is attributable to either redBus
or the bus operator, In all other cases,
the cancellation policy mentioned
above shall apply.
1b. In the event of dishonour of reservation
by the bus operator, a full refund of the
‘amount paid towards the reservation
would be processed within 72 hours
from the date of request for refund,
The refund would be credited to the
customer within 5 working days of the
dishonour of the reservation.
Service guarantee:
In the event of redBus extending any service
guarantee to the customer, any disputes pertaining
to enforcement of such guarantees shall be
determined at sole discretion of redBus and decision
of redBus shall be final and binding on the
customers,
Carriage Policy:
i. Customer is responsible for ensuring that the
travelling date, time and dastination are
correct before bovking/reserving the bus.

i, The bus operator reserves the right to refuse
the customer and the luggage from carriage
on the bus for whatsoever reason that we
deem justified in reasons, including but not
limited to:
a. Carrying of contraband, illegal
substances, fragile or
oversizejoverweight luggage, unruly
behavior, drunkenness or any other
behavior that we deem as affecting
other passengers’ comfort or safety.
b. Inability to produce a valid proof of
identity while travelling.
. The payment of the fare is fraudulent.
4. The booking of the bus has been done
fraudulently or unlawfully.
e. The payment instrument used by the
customer for payment of the fare has
been reported lost or stelen.
£ The itinerary or booking or
confirmation slip is counterfeit or
fraudulently obtained.
g. The itinerary has been altered by
anyone other than redBus or our
authorized agent, or has been
‘mutilated (in which case we reserve the
rright to retain such documentation};
|. Customer is unable to produce a valid
and legible confirmation of reservation
for the intended travel, The
confirmation provided by redBus
constitutes as the prima facie evidence
of the contract of carriage between the
customer and the bus operator;
i. redBus will not be liable for the
consequential or incidental loss,
damage, cost, or fee the customer incur
‘with the refusal of carriage.
iii, Children below age twelve (12) will not be
accepted for carriage unless they are
accompanied by an adult.
