As you can see the “U” shape for the long table desk fits two teenagers or three

elementary
students. Considering that each rectangle is made up of two smaller rectangles with only one
side in use for my plans, then that means each side can fit 4-6 kids on one side which brings the
total amount of open seats up to 12-18 seats available. I plan on teaching special education so
it is unlikely I will ever need the full amount of seats available. However, if that is not the case
then seating can be accommodated around the small group table or within the “U” shape.

Secondly, I will have the regular computers available for the students while also having a laptop
cart available to let the students have the choice of working where they want. The laptop cart is
put right next to my desk, so that way I can have better control over it and the kids can’t grab
one without permission. I would also try to fill the walls with all types of colorful posters and
showcase everything for the kids to enjoy.
