PREDMET UGOVORA

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Clan 1.
Article 1.

Ovim Ugovorom 0 odrzavanju i popravka opremejstrojeva (u daljem:

Ugovor) ，Kupac China State Construction Engineering Corporation Li mited -
Podruznica Sarajevo narucuje ，a Prodava Lager d.o.o.，Put Južna obilaznica bb，
odrzava i popravlja
opremujstrojeve pod sljedeéim uvjetima:

Odrzavanje i popravak opremejstrojeva po nalogu kupca

 With this Contract on Maintenance and Repair of Equipment / Machinery
(hereinafter: the Contract) ，Buyer China State Construction Engineering Corporation
'Limited - Sarajevo Branch orders ，and Seller Lager d.o.o.，Put Južna obilaznica bb
maintains and repairs equipment / machinery under the following conditions:

Article 2. •

Odrzavanje i popravak opreme/strojeva se vrsi za potrebe poduzeéa China

State Construction Engineering Corporation Li mited - Podruznica Sarajevo.
Prodava se obvezuje odrzavat í popravit opremu/stroj po naloge kupca. Kupac se
obvezuje platiti racune u datim rokovima. Rauni se izdaju nakon zavrsetka
odrzavanja i popravka opreme/strojeva.  Kupac će izvršiti punu uplatu 10.

Maintenance and repair of equipment / machinery is carried out for the needs of
China State Construction Engineering Corporation Li mited - Sarajevo Branch.
The seller agrees to maintain and repair the equipment / machine at the buyer's
request. The buyer agrees to pay the invoices within the given deadlines. Invoices
are issued upon completion of maintenance and repair of equipment / machinery.
The buyer shall make the full payment on the 10th of next month after the buyer
received the full documents.

Article 3.

Cijena za vrsenje odrzavanje i popravke opreme/strojeva je promjenjiva.

Cijena ovisi 0 vrsti odrzavanju i popravke opreme/strojeva potrebni kupcu
i 0 tome ée se strane naknadno dogovorit.
 The price of performing maintenance and repair of equipment /
machinery is variable.
The price depends on the type of maintenance and repair of the equipment /
machinery required by the buyer and the parties will agree on it afterwards.

TRAJANJE I PRESTANAK UGOVORA

DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

Clan 4.
Article 4.

O 旧 j Ugovor se zakljucuje na period od godinu dana od dan potpisivanja

Ugovora. Ukoliko ni jedna ugovorna strana u roku od 30 {trideset} kalendarskih
dana prije isteka roka vazenja Ugovora ne obavijesti pisanim putem drugu
ugovornu stranu 0
tome da ne zeli da produzi ovaj Ugovor，njegovo vazenje se produzava ZÐ svaku
narednu godinu.

Ugovor se moze produziti pod istim ili izmijenjenim uslovima ，a sporazumom

strana raskinuti，odnosno jednostrano otkazati prije isteka utvrdenog roka，uz
obaveznu pismenu obavijest otkazu Ugovora i otkazni rok od 10 dana.

Privremeni Ugovorni iznos iznosi 150.000,00 KM

This contract is concluded for a period of one year from the date of signing of the
contract. Unless either Contracting Party notifies the other Contracting Party in
writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the expiry of the Contract that it does
not wish to extend this contract，its validity shall be extended for each subsequent
year.

The contract may be renewed under the same or amended conditions and
terminated by the parties，or terminate before the expiration of the set
deadline ，
with a mandatory written notice of termination of the Contract and a termination
period of 10 days.

The Contract Contract Provisional Sums150,000.00KM.

Clan 5.
Article 5.

Sve eventualne sporove po ovom Ugovoru strane ée 时 esavati mirnim putem，a

za slucaj spora koji se ne moze rijesiti mirno i sporazumom ugovorno je nadležan
je Sud u Sarajevo, BlH.

AII disputes under this contract shall be settled peacefully by the parties，and in
the case of a dispute which cannot be settled amicably and by agreement ，the
court in
in Sarajevo, BlH, has jurisdiction

Article 6.

Ugovor je u pet primjeraka od kojih su četiri namijenjeni kupcu, a jedan prodavatelju,

s istim pravnim učinkom.

The contract is made in 5(five)of which four are for the Buyer and one is for the Seller,
